Step 1: Schedule Your RedRoc Orientation

Your onboarding starts with a 1-on-1 orientation with a RedRoc onboarding specialist. This live session introduces you to the systems, resources, and support we offer. Plan to complete this session within the first week of joining.

Step 2: Submit Your W-9 Form

To ensure timely commission payouts, submit your completed W-9 to support@redrocrealty.com right away.

Step 3: Notify Your Board/MLS of Brokerage Change

Join your local board and MLS (if not already a member), and inform them of your switch to RedRoc Realty. This step is essential for compliance and ensures your listings appear correctly.

Step 4: Transfer Your Active Listings

If you have active listings with your previous brokerage, initiate the transfer process in your MLS. Reach out to your past broker or MLS if you're unsure of their policies.

Step 5: Lockbox Access Setup

Activate your electronic lockbox access through your local association. Most homes require electronic access for showings.

Step 6: Create Your Business Email & Signature

Use a professional email (Gmail is fine, or purchase a custom domain). Include a branded signature with your name, contact details, and designations.

Step 7: Order Marketing Materials
